Help Center » Video Object Masking
From time to time, video objects may be removed from the The Learning Source video library. This may be because of streaming rights issues, quality control issues or other unavoidable unpleasantness.
When a video object has been masked, it will be labelled as being masked and you will not be able to access that video. In most cases, the video object itself simply won't be displayed; however, in cases where you have used a video object in a playlist, you will be notified through a masking notice.
If you have questions or concerns as to why a particular video object has been masked, please email tls@ait.net with the video object title and we will try to provide a response specific to that video object's masking.
