COOKIES
In simple terms, a cookie is a small piece of information that websites use to remember information about users. There are two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. The Learning Source uses both session and persistent cookies. Session cookies exist only during your Learning Source session to track utilization information and to allow the site to function more effectively. Because of the session cookies, we can automatically close your session if no activity has taken place within a certain period of time. Persistent cookies allow us to use your information to customize the site allowing you to save data, links, or information for your use each time you log in. This feature enables the creation of playlists and state-related search functions, for example.
